Aviation Equipment has recently been granted PMA approval to manufacture cargo bay floor and transitional panels for the A319, A320 and A321 Series aircraft. These floor panels, manufactured with the high strength material Glare®, offer greatly extended life over the OEM and existing aftermarket products while reducing acquisition costs, line maintenance costs and aircraft delays. The bottom line is that these panels will reduce maintenance and life cycle costs while improving reliability. Entry door floor and slant panels are now available for the A319, A320 and A321 aircraft.

Laminates are a patented hybrid laminate constructed of thin sheets of aluminum bonded together by a toughened epoxy adhesive that has been preimpregnated with unidirectional high strength S2 glass fibers. The product was developed as an aerospace structural material where high strength and damage tolerance are required. Entry door floor and slant panels are now available for the A319, A320 and A321 aircraft.
